Mission

At STEP, we seek to empower Scioto County students in grades 8–12 to explore career opportunities, understand the paths required to achieve them, and gain the confidence to pursue them.

A Scioto County where every student understands their career opportunities and has the guidance and confidence to pursue them, and creates a revitalized and professional workforce.

Goal

To provide free, accessible career readiness programming for students in grades 8–12 through short workshops, professional resources, mentorship opportunities, and community partnerships.

Student Transformation and Exploration Program (STEP) is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status with EIN 41-5053602.
