Mission: 

Our mission is to empower Scioto County students in grades 8–12 to explore career opportunities, understand the paths required to achieve them, and gain the confidence to pursue their futures.

Vision: 

A Scioto County where every student understands their career opportunities and has the guidance and confidence to pursue them and creates a revitalized and professional workforce.

Goal: 

To provide free, accessible career readiness programming for students in grades 8–12 through short workshops, professional resources, mentorship opportunities, and community partnerships.
